The 6 days and 5 nights of Majestic north east tour package will take you across national parks and iconic heritage tourist attractions. The package is a bundle of joy and a Pandora Box of wonderment for you and your loved ones.
Upon your arrival at the Guwahati Airport / Railway Station, you will be greeted by our tour representative. After welcoming you will be transferred immediately to your accommodation in Guwahati. Post the checking in procedure the remainder of the day will be free for you to relax and spend in leisure. You can even check out the local marketplaces around the hotel while going on a stroll. Dinner and night stay will take place in the hotel at Guwahati.
Post breakfast and after checking out of your hotel in Guwahati you will be transferred to your next destination in Shillong. It is a 100 km long journey and it takes about 3 to 4 hours to reach. On arrival you will be checked in to your hotel in Shillong and then taken for a local sightseeing tour. The one day tour of Shillong will include visit to the famous tourist attractions like Cathedral Church, Orchidarium, Lady Hydari Park, Elephant Falls etc. after the day tour you will be headed back to your hotel in Shillong for dinner and an overnight stay.
Post breakfast in the morning, your day excursion to Cherrapunji will take place which is just 56 kms away. Cherrapunji is famous for being the wettest place on earth. On reaching you will be taken to some of the most famous tourist attractions in Cherrapunji like Nohkalikai Falls, Dain Thlen Falls, limestone caves etc. living Roots Bridge will also be covered during this trip. Finally you will be taken back to your hotel in Shillong for dinner and an overnight stay.
Early in the morning after completing the checkout formalities and breakfast you will be transferred to Kaziranga national park. On reaching you will be checked in to your wildlife resort in the national park.
The remainder of the day will be free for you to relax and spend in leisure. You will be staying the night in Kaziranga national park’s wildlife resort.
Your jeep safari in Kaziranga will kick off early in the morning. If lucky you will be able to spot the famous endangered, one horned rhinos among a huge variety of other flora and fauna as well. Other than the rhinos, Kaziranga is also famous as a bird watching destination.
Finally after a full day, exciting and adventurous tour of the national park you will be brought back to Guwahati. On reaching you will immediately be checked in to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
After checking out of your hotel in Guwahati after breakfast our tour representative will drop you off at your point of departure at the railway station or airport. The drop off will mark the end of your Majestic north east tour with us.
