• 50% cancellation charge - if trip cancelled 10 to 15 days prior to the date of departure
• 75% cancellation charge - if trip cancelled 5 to 10 days prior to the date of departure
• No refund if trip is cancelled 5 days prior to the date of departure
• Refund to be initiated after clearing cancellation verifications
• Refund amount to be transferred to the given account or collected from office
• All the prices are quoted in indian rupees
• Extra charges to be levied in case of a sudden hike in fuel or accommodation price
• Itinerary and tour price subjected to change without prior notice
• We don’t take responsibility for changes in itinerary due to sudden weather changes
