• 25% of the total tour package cost is required to confirm and secure your booking
• Deadline for final payment should not exceed 10 days prior to the date of departure
• Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the request
• No refund will be made in case of a no show.
• For peak travel season, we will follow cancellation policy of the concerned authority.
• Cancellations sent directly to the hotel will not be taken into consideration.
• No refund for unused services
• Get a medical health check up done and let us know about it before the tour starts
• Let us know of any special requests prior to the start of the trip
• We are not responsible for the tourist's loss of private property
